Food Tech
Last Friday,I started My food technology class. I made dip and dippers. Below is the recipe.
1 carrot
1/2 red or yellow pepper
1/4 cucumber
4x15ml spoons hummus
5x15ml spoons yogurt.
In the next 12 weeks we are going to make the following:
1)Fruit Fusion
1 clementine or satsuma
6 red grapes & 6 green grapes
1 kiwi fruit
1 banana
1 apple
2x15ml spoons orange juice
2)Fruit Smoothie
3) Pizza toast
2 slices of bread (or bagel or a piece of french stick sliced in half)
2x15ml spoons tomato sauce
1/2 yellow pepper
1 spring onion
1 mushroom
30g hard cheese
